Mechanical seals lines within this group are for generic use, domestic and industrial applications including pumping systems for: water supply, pools, cisterns, jacuzzis, steam baths, irrigation systems, water processing, cooling towers, boilers, hydraulic systems, etc.
These mechanical seals can also be used in agitators, reactors, mixers and similar equipments.

Seal Line:	Figure	Short description
"A"		single spring with elastomeric friction ring, for 8ths of an inch shaft sizes.
"A1"		same as "A" but built for more severe working conditions.
"A2"		same as "A1" but with shorter length and wider O.D.
"A3"		equivalent to a line "A" double seal.
"A4"		same as "A" but with hard material insert (seal face) for fluids with solids.
"A16"		same as "A" but for 16ths. of an inch shaft sizes.
"AM"		same as "A" but for millimetric shaft sizes.
"AME"		same as "AM" but for equipments that meet european standards.
"AD"		same as "AME" but for equipments that meet DIN 24960 standard.
"AE"		with conical spring, for millimetric shaft sizes, can be supplied with o´ring or friction ring as secondary seal.
"AR"		single spring with elastomeric friction ring, very short length.
"B"		single spring with elastomeric friction ring, compact and very low cost.
